Pricing questions
What does "1 Filament app" mean?
One Laravel and Filament codebase deployed to one production environment counts as one app. Local, staging, and production deployments of the same project count together. An internal admin and customer portal count as two apps, so choose Unlimited or Lifetime.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Unlimited later?
Yes. Email hello@filaforms.app and you pay the price difference. The license key is reissued and your installed copy keeps working.
What happens after the 1-year update window ends?
Your installed copy keeps working forever without a kill switch. You stop receiving new releases. To resume updates, renew at a discount or upgrade to Lifetime.
Is there a refund policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Email hello@filaforms.app within 30 days of purchase and the charge is refunded in full.
Do I have to host FilaForms or is it SaaS?
It's a Laravel package you install in your own app. Submissions are stored in your own database. No external service, no telemetry, no vendor lock-in.
Does the Lifetime plan really include lifetime updates?
Yes. As long as FilaForms is maintained, Lifetime customers get every release. The plan is intended for teams that don't want to think about renewals.
